We deliberately keep our range of dishes to a minimum, preferring instead to focus on quality, freshness and regionality. And of course there is something for every taste on our menu: from vegetarian creations to classics of German cuisine and hearty regional dishes. Whether simple or sophisticated – all dishes are characterised by high-quality ingredients, which are mainly supplied by regional producers and prepared and served with love and expertise.

Typical for the region, seasonal dishes and great wines are served in the old cross vault. The restaurant is open all year round and is a popular meeting place for wine lovers. In the summer months, you can enjoy a table on the terrace in the inner courtyard. In addition to our new menu, we also offer seasonal recommendations.

He has an excellent understanding of how to lead his kitchen brigade in such a way that each individual can fulfil their individual strengths and the team acts as a unit.
