Welcome to the annual Strawberry Festival at Engelthal Monastery! It’s that time again – for the 11th time, the gates of the monastery are opening to celebrate the popular Strawberry Festival together with you. We cordially invite you to join us on 9 and 10 May 2024 to celebrate the Strawberry Festival, which has long since established itself as a firm tradition in Ingelheim. You can look forward to a weekend full of enjoyment, fun and entertainment for the whole family.
We have a varied programme in store for our young visitors! From a straw bouncy castle to children’s crafts, there are plenty of opportunities to have fun and get creative. Mütze e.V. is also organising an exciting, electricity-free fair on Friday, where young and old alike will get their money’s worth. Immerse yourself in a world of fun and games at the Strawberry Festival at Engelthal Monastery!
Enjoy strawberry-based culinary delights in the cosy atmosphere of our monastery kitchen. From traditional strawberry dishes to refreshing strawberry punch, we spoil your palate with fresh and delicious specialities. At our bar you will also find a selection of drinks that leave nothing to be desired. Let us spoil you and experience a feast for all the senses at the Strawberry Festival at Engelthal Monastery!

You can look forward to our children’s clothes bazaar on Friday, where you will have the opportunity to buy high-quality children’s clothes, toys and much more. All proceeds from the stall will be donated to Mütze e.V. to support their important work in the community. Stall spaces are limited, so don’t hesitate to register early for your chance to find unique bargains and support a good cause at the same time.
